Charities and not-for-profit

At Clement Keys, we recognise that charities and other not-for-profit organisations are different from other businesses.
We appreciate that they are faced with complex regulatory, accounting and legal frameworks within which they are required to operate and that specialist support and advice is vital.
Clement Keys has a dedicated team of charities and not-for-profit experts who keep up to date with the ever increasing and changing legislation in this sector to ensure that our clients’ accounts are fully compliant and statutory obligations are properly fulfilled.
We currently act for approximately 90 charities and circa 100 other not-for-profit organisations which include Friendly Industrial and Provident Societies, social landlords, and schools.
Clement Keys is appointed by the Audit Commission to audit the Parish Councils of Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire and carries out audits of grants made by the European Social Fund, European Regional Development Fund, Advantage West Midlands, the Arts Council and similar institutions.
