Ross Cocker ACA
Ross is a general practice partner and corporate finance partner and is an acknowledged specialist within the owner managed business sector with a wide variety of experience of companies spanning from the motor trade through manufacturing to media and entertainment enterprises.

Ross works in the corporate finance sector both in an advisory role to clients in structuring and completing business transactions and in the completion of due diligence reports on private companies for financial institutions.

He has also been involved in a number of successful flotation's to OFEX and AIM as reporting accountant completing working capital, long and short form reports for prospectus requirements.
