Ross Cocker
Ross is one of our general practice partners who also heads up our specialist corporate finance team.
He is an acknowledged specialist within the owner managed business sector and his experience ranges from businesses within the motor industry through Midlands manufacturing to arts and entertainment enterprises.
Ross has also worked with public companies from full listing through to OFEX businesses and has been involved with a number of business transactions including acquisitions, disposals, re-financing and company flotations to both AIM and OFEX.
Having qualified in 1994, he joined Clement Keys in May 2003 and is convinced that owner managed businesses are better served by experienced, local, independent practices who focus their attention on client service and the development of long term business relationships.
Ross enjoys his holidays (preferably skiing) and is a season ticket holder at West Bromwich Albion.
