Phil Cook
Phil has been one of our tax partners since 1993 and heads up a department of 11 tax specialists who can advise on all aspects of tax; direct and indirect, personal and corporate.
Phil trained with a large national firm and joined Clement Keys so that he could work closely with his clients.
He has vast experience in reviewing corporate structures, company valuations and identifying tax advantages to businesses and individual shareholders alike.
Phil enjoys playing golf (to a relatively low standard), running marathons in interesting places and walking, preferably in Cumbria.
