Melanie Parker
Melanie is our Personnel Manager. She joined Clement Keys in July 2006 having worked for a broad range of business sectors as a personnel practitioner since 2001.
She graduated in 2000 with an MSc in Personnel Management and Business Administration from Aston University and holds a degree in HR Management from Wolverhampton University.
Melanie is also a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Melanie likes the variety of working in personnel and particularly enjoys being involved with the recruitment of new employees to the firm.
