Pension schemes, charties and their trustees operate in a challenging and ever-changing environment. Legislation impacts heavily in areas such as accounting formats, deadlines, disclosures to the public, and, in the case of pension schemes, to their members. Both sectors are tightly regulated with onerous responsibilities being placed on trustees. Each is increasingly under the scrutiny of the Revenue Authorities with tax and VAT considerations playing an important part in their operations.

To meet their goals - the provision of benefits to members and the objects of the charity - both sectors need and deserve professional advisors who have practical experience and proven technical knowledge.

Our Pension Schemes and Charities Unit is headed by two partners and consists of personnel who are specifically trained in these sectors.
