is one of the firm's audit partners and has extensive experience in the
purchase and sale of companies, raising finance for both private companies
and those listed on the London Stock Exchange and the restructuring of groups,
including Management Buy Ins (MBI's) and Management Buy Outs (MBO's).
Michael has an extensive portfolio of clients ranging from listed companies through to family companies and professional partnerships. His specialist areas are sports, entertainment and media sectors and litigation support. He is a member of the Entertainment and Media Industry Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, making Clement Keys one of the only member firms outside London.
