Each year Clement Keys recruits a number of trainees to join our team.

Applications are welcomed from September onwards for training positions to commence the following August.

‘A’- Level Entrant Positions

Clement Keys is pleased to be able to offer positions to students who are studying for, or have obtained, their ‘A’ level qualifications.

These positions are offered to candidates who have an interest in studying towards the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification.
 
Typically those joining at post 'A' Level entrant will study the AAT over a period of two years.  Following this and subject to there being opportunities available, it may be possible to undertake a fast-track route to study the ACA.
 
Trainees joining the firm at post ‘A’ level entrant will be required to have achieved a minimum of 300 UCAS Points.
 
Graduate Recruitment (ACA Entrants)

At Clement Keys we offer excellent opportunities for graduates to train towards their professional ACA qualifications.

Our graduate entrants train as general practitioners and receive a wide range of experience in the firm from the first day they join us.
 
The graduate training programme lasts for 36 months and will include a combination of professional tuition, internal technical training and continuous ongoing study support.
 
The firm offers the following whilst studying towards a professional qualification:

  • Ongoing study support
  • Professional development
  • Practical experience working with a variety of clients in a variety of sectors

Clement Keys invests in training through courses, textbooks and examination fees for the first examination sitting.
 
We accept applications from students of any subject or degree discipline.

To apply for a graduate ACA Training Contract our minimum entry requirements are a 2:2 degree and 300 UCAS Points.
 
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for our Trainee positions will comprise of the following:
 
- Telephone interview with the Personnel Manager
- First stage interview with the Personnel Manager and Training Manager and an assessement exercise.
- Second stage interview with two Partners.
 
Following the first and second stage interviews candidates will be notified whether an offer is to be made.
