GROWTH FOR PROPERTY SERVICE CHARGE TEAM

Chartered accountants Clement Keys has announced substantial growth and a number of new appointments and promotions for its property service charge team, which is now one of the largest dedicated departments in the region.

The amount of business handled by the unit has more than doubled in the last 12 months.  Clement Keys partner and head of the department Gavin Whitehouse believes that the success can be attributed to the priority that Clement Keys has given to the development of this specialist area as a core service.

“We are unique in having experienced staff that have specialised in developing specific procedures and best practice standards for this area of work, “says Gavin Whitehouse.

“This has led to the expansion of our portfolio of property service charge clients and the recognition that we have now established an enviable reputation as market leaders in this field.”

New members of the team include, Liz Cane and Craig Bailey who have joined the firm, while Richard Whittle and Emma Brotherton have been promoted to service charge managers.

Clement Keys works on both commercial and residential service charge accounts and also advises landlords and managing agents on a wide range of service charge accounting issues.
