NEW RECRUITS BOOST CLEMENT KEYS STAFF TO 100

Two new trainees have joined Birmingham-based chartered accountants Clement Keys, bringing the total number of staff to 100.

Lisa Lee recently graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA (Hons) degree in Finance, Accounting and Management, while Hayley Roberts holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting for Management with Integrated Industrial/ Professional Training from Aston University .

Clement Keys is one of the largest independent practices in the region, providing SMEs with a range of accountancy services and business advice.  The firm has grown considerably over the last two years supporting the needs of owner managers, whilst a number of niche services such as pensions, the not-for-profit sector, property service charge and internal audit are all going from strength to strength.

The firm is committed to developing tomorrow’s accountancy professionals and each year takes on people from a variety of backgrounds who are interested in making their career in this field. “We are delighted to welcome Lisa and Hayley, whose arrival has boosted employee numbers to the 100 mark, another key milestone for us,” says partner Joe Bates.

“Our training programme combines hands on work experience with flexible study opportunities and will enable Lisa and Hayley to fulfil a key role within their respective teams while they also work towards a professionally recognised accountancy qualification.”

Lisa’s interests include travelling and cooking, while Hayley plays for the Rubery Football Club’s ladies team, enjoys netball and the cinema and is now learning to speak Spanish.
